The Hornblower is mailed to over 1600 neighborhood homes and businesses four times per year.

Advertisers contract in late spring/early summer for four issues. Contact the volunteer ad director for further details.
Please review the ad guidelines following (you can print them out from the Ad Specification document linked here). Our ad director is a volunteer; it helps him if you familiarize yourself with these before you place an order or contact him with a question. We look forward to hearing from you.
Ad Copy Deadlines for ‘26/’27 Ad Year
Fall: July 24, arriving late August/early September
Winter: October 30, arriving early December
Spring: January 29, arriving early March
Summer: April 23, arriving late May
Ad sizes and annual rates
Small (2” x 3.5”, business card sized) - $230/year
Medium (2.5” x 3.25”) - $260/year
Large (2.5” x 5.5”) - $490/year
Note: Ads may be horizontal (landscape) OR vertical (portrait).
Payment and Confirmation
NEW ADVERTISERS: Please add form-submission@squarespace.info, hornblowerads@dmna.org and webmaster@dmna.org to your Allowed Senders ("whitelist") BEFORE you submit your request so you will receive your confirmation and invoice.

New Ad Copy for Upcoming Issues:
A reminder is emailed 1 month before each deadline in case you wish to submit new copy. If no new copy is received by the deadline, layout person may reuse copy. No refunds given if advertisers fail to submit updated copy by deadline.
Cancellations:
Cancellation requests should be emailed to hornblowerads@dmna.org by the copy deadlines. No refunds given for canceled contracts. (But new copy may be submitted for a different business.)
